I loop it around my feet and use it to assist with hamstring and back stretches — the resistance is smooth and doesn't jerk. I also use it for light arm toning on days I don't feel like intense workout. The adjustable tubes are a great idea — I remove 2–3 tubes on rest days for lighter resistance.
